New to online communities; I not linked anywhere and do not tweet, like or dislike others as minding my own business is a full time job.  I have given my will and life over to a God of my understanding and several orthopedic surgeons.  I have a great capacity for joy, wonder and laughter. Love yoga, reading historical fiction and feeding wild animals and fowl without regards to the consequences. Native Texan.

Life continues to be a balancing act of grace and grattitude.  My self-esteem, even at age fifty- something, swings from being comfortable in my own skin to reminding myself that I am not bad folk.
